Nick responded quickly to my request on Checkatrade, and came out next day to replace two external door handles, make adjustments and give us advice. He provided a fixed price in advance, kept us informed as to his arrival time and at each stage of the work. Very nice guy, extremely professional and meticulous, clean and tidy. A quick response to posting with a helpful discussion as to when repair could be carried out. He arrived at the time agreed and quickly fixed the problem, by replacing part of the door locking system. The charge was as advised during his first telephone call.
