For the quote, Trevor was very polite and knowledgeable, gave lots of useful advice on both the need for the work and our options. The quote came through quickly and the price was very competitive. The fitter Simon arrived on time, was very polite and professional, covered our carpets and got the job done quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess behind. Everything was great from start to end and I would definately use them again.

Over the last two days we have just had a brand new installation of a composite door and new windows for our front bedroom, back bedroom and bathroom. Absolutely made up with the finish. From the first minute to the last the service and finish was extremely professional and done to an excellent standard. Trevor was extremely helpful and after changing our mind a few times on the door style/colour and queries nothing was too much hassle. Top customer service throughout and a fantastic job well done Would highly recommend. We're now in the process of another quote for our remaining windows!

I originally wanted just 5 windows fitting, but after receiving Upvc outlets very competitive quote, I contacted Trevor again and he returned very quickly to re quote for 8 windows, again giving information and advice to help me choose the right windows. Simon and Will arrived at the time and date planned. Both introduced themselves and took the time to check the job before starting . They worked tirelessly for four days, being professional, courteous and friendly throughout. The workmanship of their fitting skills is superb, I couldn`t be happier with the end result.

The professionalism of the work was excellent they arrived on time and fitted the windows x 3 to the front of the house. The two lads carrying out the work were very polite and did an excellent job, very tidy with no mess left behind. I would recommend UPVC Outlet to anyone they are an excellent, professional and honest company.
