I had a positive experience with UPVC Outlet. It was a small job that other companies weren’t interested in, but they responded quickly and professionally. After sending photos via email, they arranged a site visit the following week to provide a quote. Once I accepted the quote and paid the deposit, I was given a start date — which was even brought forward due to a cancellation. The installer arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard. I’m very satisfied with the result and appreciated the smooth, hassle-free process.

I recently had new windows and doors installed & I am absolutely delighted with the whole experience. From the very first contact right through to the finished job, the team were a pleasure to deal with, friendly and approachable. The installation was precise & every detail finished to a high standard. The price was fair and I felt in safe hands throughout. It is rare to find tradespeople who are not only skilled but also so genuine & considerate. I have no hesitation in recommending them & I'll certainly be using them again in the future.

Actually Trevor and his team built a extension to the front of my property and also replaced the gutters and down pipes to the both front and back. The communication during the build and the quality of the work was excellent. They are a very professional and trustworthy company, it is nice to feel at ease knowing that you are in safe hands. Every part of the build they kept you informed even with the building control they took care of. I have used them in the past for composite doors and new windows that's why I went back to them. I have used UPVC Outlet several times before and have been extremely satisfied with the work carried out. The old exterior back door was ill fitted and very draughty with a loose lock and a pane of obscure glass. This has been replaced with a modern attractive door with clear glass and incorporating a dog flap. Contact before the actual fitting was excellent and the door fitted with efficiency, no mess, friendly worker. I will certainly use this company again .
