Upsher Heating and Plumbing were excellent. The admin staff were so helpful and friendly before and after the appointment to ensure I had all the information required. The engineer, Mark, was excellent. His service was completed thoroughly and efficiently, ensuring I had the correct certificates that I needed. He was very friendly and respectful. His knowledge was clear and he was clear in his advice for me. I would absolutely recommend Upsher Heating and Plumbing to anyone.

They were excellent from start to finish and would highly recommend. The communication from the office side (Claire) was fantastic and then the service plus fixing of heat exchange sorted out the issue and now have perfect running hot water!

I had the stress of waking up xmas eve eve with tripped electrics. After a general fault finding exercise I narrowed it down to the boiler. Phoned all my local plumbers but didnt manage to speak to anyone human. Then i contacted Upsher. Lovely lady on phone helped me get someone out the next morning. Within 1.5hours we had hot water and heating for Xmas. Phew. A stressful event was made so much easier by Upsher. Thank you. (Haven't seen the bill yet, but im so happy to have the house warm again.)
