  Chimney repair, gutter repair, moss removal, vented tiles

  Excellent experience, highly recommend! Bill took multiple photos of the roof using a drone and also went into our loft to pin point the issues and clearly explained the work needed. He then came back with his team the same week & completed all of work in a day! His team were friendly and polite, took multiple photos throughout the process so we could see the before and after They also took extra care to clean up all of the fallen moss and debris after and everything was left extremely tidy! The whole process was stress free and we are really happy with the result!

  replacement of a flat garage roof and repairs to the flat roof of loft conversion

  The entire experience from initial contact to completion of the work was excellent. I was kept fully informed on plans and progress and never felt out of the loop. The guys who did the work were extremely considerate and friendly, and left the site very clean and tidy at the end of each day. My particular thanks to Matt, Si and Luke who were a pleasure to have around. I'm very happy with the quality of both the work and the experience - got exactly what I had asked for and more.   Gutter & downpipe replacement

  The fascia board holding my gutter had rotted allowing pigeons to enter my roof space. Bill used a drone to assess and show me the problem that needed fixing. This negated the need for ladders on the first visit and enabled Bill to quote. The work was carried out by Matt and Simon. They were very professional, friendly and did a thorough repair taking care not to damage the large plants on my patio. They took photos of the fix and also checked that I was happy with the work and removed all debris and cleaned up. I have no hesitation in recommending Bill and team.

  Moss cleaning and rebedding ridge tiles

  Bill, Matt and the team were brilliant. They turned up on time, were friendly and took pride in their work. They left the roof, garden and pavement really tidy and even sent pictures of the roof after they finished. Really happy with the results and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

  To repair broken tiles, batons and felting on garage roof. In addition to repair main roof

  Bill was fantastic in coming out quickly and assessing the damage to both the garage roof and the main roof. He was open about the overall costs which I was grateful for and we agreed a time which worked very well for me. His team were very professional at all times and were always willing to answer any questions I had and most importantly show me what they were doing. A great personal and local approach and I would have no hesitation to recommending them to others.

  Repairs to roof gable end front and back

  From first communication, to site visit with the drone so that we could clear identify the issues that needed repair, Bill gave me the confidence to go ahead with the work. The team arrived on time, were courteous and diligent throughout the day. Their work was very thorough and they left everything clean and tidy.
