  Mould appearing on wall

  I'm very grateful to Darren for coming round and giving an honest assessment of the issue we were experiencing. He advised us that it was likely a condensation issue and to monitor the area for a few weeks (now that the dryer weather is with us). He also gave some useful DIY preventative tips for us to try out, to prevent the issue coming back in the future. I would definitely trust Darren with any related work in the future given his generosity on this occasion. Thanks again for the assistance

  Damp Investigation/ Treatment

  Darren and Markus came round to investigate the mystery damp patch on my landing and discussed the best course of action. The work was completed quickly and on time. They cleaned up any mess made too. definitely recommended👍

  Fixing rising damp

  Darren from Uplands Preservations, called round one evening & diagnosed rising damp in my dining room. He took time to explain everything that needed to be done to fix the situation. He started the work the following week with Marcus both of whom were extremely friendly & professional. They clearly take pride in their work & worked to ensure the best possible finish. They are tidy workers, tidying at points during the day and mopping floors before they left They did extra small jobs which weren’t their remit which I’ve never known before. I would 100% recommend them, really top guys

  Remediating Penetrating Damp

  Darren and Marcus were a pleasure to have working in our house. Considering the nature of the work (hacking off plaster etc) they were very tidy and made every effort to ensure our kitchen was protected throughout. Standard of work was great and communication was excellent throughout. Thank you!

  Damp and mould problems in bedroom

  We had mould and damp issues in an upstairs bedroom. Darren explained the cause of the problem and what work he would do to remedy it. He came back to us quickly with an itemised written quote. He and Marcus arrived on time each day and worked hard each day highlighting a couple of unexpected additional complications which they came across and put these right at no extra charge. They took care Inn the work they did and obviously take pride in the quality of what they do. They also took time to clear up after themselves each day and at the end of the job. Would happily use them again in future.
