  Darren arrived on time, explained what the job entailed (damp proofing) and the time scale. The job caused a lot of thick black dust. Darren was extremely careful to ensure my flooring was very well covered and was respectful of my home. He gave very helpful information regarding how long to wait before re decorating. They cleared all the rubbish, swept and cleaned as much of the dust as possible. Darren arranged for plasters and a plumber to complete the work. He checked things were going to plan and that the work had been completed.

  Superb overall service!

  We needed some damp renovation done to a wall in a flat we were selling. They arrived on time to give us a quote that was very competitive. The work was carried out to a very professional standard and they left the area clean, tidy and removed all the debris. Would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Darren was great. He was recommended by someone in my street who he had done work for. He came promptly to assess the issue (rising damp) and quote (very reasonable). He fitted us in the following week - came exactly when he said he would, worked quietly and neatly, it took exactly the time and number of days he said it would. I would highly recommend him - trustworthy, hard working, honest, a decent human being 😊Thanks very much Darren and his team. I would certainly use him again.

  Reliable, great knowledgable team - would recommend

  This is the second time Darren & the team have been to my house to treat rising damp which appeared in a separate room a year later 🙄 I called Darren for advice and he came the same day on his way home from another job and quoted. The quote was very fair and the work last time brilliant so why change? The whole team are great, really friendly, reliable, arrived when they said they would, respectful of my home, did a great job plus additional plastering in another room. They left the house as clean and tidy, rubbish removed. 100% would call Darren again if I had further issues.

  Wall ties job - excellent

  I’m absolutely delighted with the work carried out on my house. The team installed the wall ties efficiently and to an excellent standard, with no issues whatsoever. They arrived early in the morning and worked solidly throughout the entire day, which was really impressive. They were speedy, tidy, and extremely professional – leaving everything clean and organised once the job was completed. The whole process felt smooth and well-managed from start to finish.   Extremely diligent

  Darren from Uplands came round very quickly for what I thought was an emergency issue with basement tanking failure. It turned out to be a water leak I hadn't spotted, nothing he could fix, but nevertheless he didn't charge me a call out fee, but did give me good sound advice for which I'm very grateful, thanks very much.
