I recently had work carried out on my roof by Upgrade Construction and Landscaping Limited, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the whole experience was excellent. The team were professional, hardworking, and incredibly polite throughout. They kept everything tidy and showed real attention to detail in their work. Craig was especially helpful—he explained everything clearly, kept me informed at every stage, and made sure I felt confident in what was being done. The quality of the work is outstanding, and it’s clear they take real pride in what they do.

We have just had a new roof on our house and all the work was carried out professionally and competently. Craig kept us informed at every stage of the work being completed. All his team worked so hard and together. We are very satisfied with the end result and would recommend this company.

I had a leaking roof so I got five quotes. Only two of them went on the roof, and of the two Craig was the more professional so I hired him. When he started removing the roof tiles it became clear that a more thorough renovation was needed, so we agreed to replace the roof but retain the original tiles. Throughout the project he kept me up to date with photographs and his team was professional and polite. It went very smoothly - he is a highly competent project manager and tradesman.

Craig and his team where great! Quick to respond and assess what needed to be done. Work started the next day and was completed by the end of the week. If asked I woukd highly recommend them!!

This company are organised, conscientious, tidy, organised and friendly. They are not pushy and will go the extra mile. We first used them to renovate our newly bought house, new bathroom, flooring throughout, decorating, fitted bedrooms, shed, shelves. Second time was a new roof, removal of chimney and repointing the whole house. All done in good time and they are happy to do smaller jobs too. They bring us peace of mind, our house is safe in their hands and so is our bank balance!
