As a garden designer, I’ve worked with many landscapers over the years — so when I say James and his team impressed me from start to finish, it means something. This was my own garden, and I was genuinely delighted with the level of care they brought to it. The team is hard-working, detail-oriented, and takes real pride in their work. They showed excellent initiative throughout, communicated clearly at every stage, and were completely reliable from start to finish. We’re delighted with the courtyard area they’ve built, and we’ll be bringing them back to complete other areas of the garden.

I needed a patio to replace knackered decking with an ambitious timeline right in the middle of summer. Upfield rose to the task and took on the job. It took a week from concept design to getting the job completed. The pricing was really transparent and James explained each stage very well. We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by James and his team. They have built us a fabulous terrace and did an amazing job installing upright wooden sleepers along our drive — the finished result has completely transformed the outside area of our home. The whole team worked incredibly hard in all kinds of weather : the cold, wind, rain and even blazing sunshine, always staying professional and committed to getting the job done to a high standard. James was also super flexible when we made design alterations along the way, offering excellent recommendations and practical solutions.
