Had a garage conversion by Danny and his team they did a fantastic job on renovating our garage.

Danny met me at my home, and had a great conversation about works. Said he knew a construction structural engineer to do the work beforehand and said he'd pass my number on for a chat. Great. She arrived, claimed she was working, and Danny would invoice me for the services. Had to tell her that there was no contract in place and no fees agreed so she couldn't carry out any work. She had wasted her time and mine. No contracts signed, no due diligence of paperwork, no obligations of October 2023 regs. fulfilled. Their page advises they are transparent with their fees, and they aren't. Danger!

Danny and team did a great job. They answered my job request quickly, I wanted it done ideally within a month, they did it within 3 weeks. They were flexible with visits; 1st to look at job/issue, 2nd to explore under floor and quote, 3rd to fix. They were always on time, pleasant and helpful to deal with and I was grateful of their help moving furniture etc. I'd be happy to use them again.

Dug up and relaid single garage pad, with rebar, lining and seal edges.

All trades were fully coordinated (gas, electric, joinery, and plastering), including a new floor screed. Workstarted quickly after accepting the quote and completed to a really high standard in a matter of days. Daniel kept me informed at all times. Great service - a company I will be using again!
