Had a garage conversion by Danny and his team they did a fantastic job on renovating our garage.

Danny met me at my home, and had a great conversation about works. Said he knew a construction structural engineer to do the work beforehand and said he'd pass my number on for a chat. Great. She arrived, claimed she was working, and Danny would invoice me for the services. Had to tell her that there was no contract in place and no fees agreed so she couldn't carry out any work. She had wasted her time and mine. No contracts signed, no due diligence of paperwork, no obligations of October 2023 regs. fulfilled. Their page advises they are transparent with their fees, and they aren't. Danger!
