  I very rarely write review, but I was so impressed with Gary’s work that I’m happy to recommend him. He’s fast, efficient, very neat and tidy and performed an excellent job. I’d happily use his services again and can’t recommend him enough

  Outdoor electric supply

  The owner Gary of universal was an absolute gem. He was reliable, efficient and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I would always use Gary for any electrical work now. Very honest and trust worthy.

  Electrical Work Related to House Renovation inc. Fuse board

  Thank you Gary for your years of excellent service. Your work is always impeccable. Gary has worked on electrical work related to house renovation.   Fuseboard/Consumer unit possible repai

  Gary did send me a text to say he would be a little later than originally agreed. He looked at our existing fuseboard and checked all the sockets upstairs and a couple in the kitchen. Could not find any problems and advised that the existing fuseboard/consumer unit was safe. He has recommended that we should update it in the future and gave us an idea of the cost to do this. Was polite during his visit. Did not realise there was a callout fee when I originally looked at checkatrade but have paid this today.

  Kitchen fuse issue- fault finding

  Gary replied promptly to my initial enquiry and was able to visit following morning. Arrived early and was polite and professional and able to identify issue quickly and advice next steps. Would recommend
