  Responsive and reliable

  Gary was great - he was responsive prior to the job, was able to fit us in on short notice and carried out the work with minimal fuss. He explained why we needed change approach clearly and cleaned up after himself. Would recommend and use again.

  Rewiring power source

  Gary was incredibly helpful - easy communicate with and wired a new power source for our saniflow in just a couple of hours. He explained everything really clearly and did an excellent job.

  Fault find - tripping issue. Move problem circuit board onto main switch.

  I very rarely write review, but I was so impressed with Gary’s work that I’m happy to recommend him. He’s fast, efficient, very neat and tidy and performed an excellent job. I’d happily use his services again and can’t recommend him enough

  Outdoor electric supply

  The owner Gary of universal was an absolute gem. He was reliable, efficient and was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I would always use Gary for any electrical work now. Very honest and trust worthy.
