  Laying new patio

  They removed an extremely old patio This involved huge amounts of old slabs sand - rubble and clay In spite of the extreme heat (30C +) the Universal team continued to produce a really proffesional patio and steps Clearing the site and each stage The team of four were respectful of our property - even making sure gates were closed being mindful of our small dogs safety Most certainly wouldnt hesitate to recommend Universal Fascias for a perfect job - Carried out with care would certainly

  Fascias & Soffits Replacement

  From our initial contact with Tom at Universal through to the completion of the job, we found the team to be consistently punctual, friendly, and professional. They worked solidly for 3 full days and remained fully focused on completing the work on time. We also asked if they could help by removing four faux window shutters from our front wall and installing seagull spikes at either end of the main roof. They did both as a favour, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Tom and his team to anyone needing this kind of work. A great team, and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you

  Fitting patio and two additional seating areas

  Tom and his team relaid our patio with large Indian sandstone slabs plus created two additional seating areas elsewhere in the garden. Furthermore a raised boarder was established at the far end of the garden. Through out the project Tom and his team were polite, they listened and they strove to meet our requirements. The jobs were completed on time and to budget and we are extremely happy with the final outcome. The garden has been transformed.

  Fascia, soffits and paintwork

  Tom and the lads at Universal Fascias have done an excellent job replacing my fascias, soffits and guttering as well as decorating the outside of my house. Always polite, very accommodating and hard workers. Highly recommended and I’ll be in touch with them again in 2025 for a new patio. Cheers Paul
