    Gutter replacement

    We asked Universal Facias to call and change our gutter for one with a deeper flow. They had already replaced the rear gutter some three years ago with a similar gutter when the water overflowed in heavy rain, due to the installation of solar panels. As before, the work was completed to my complete satisfaction and in a professional manor.

    Garden clearance, tree removal, new decking, woodchip path and new fence. Really professional company, completed work promptly and to the quote. Removal of the tree was a large job completed without any fuss or issue. Good communication throughout and good quality job, would highly recommend. All waste removed same day.

    Laying new patio

    They removed an extremely old patio This involved huge amounts of old slabs sand - rubble and clay In spite of the extreme heat (30C +) the Universal team continued to produce a really proffesional patio and steps Clearing the site and each stage The team of four were respectful of our property - even making sure gates were closed being mindful of our small dogs safety Most certainly wouldnt hesitate to recommend Universal Fascias for a perfect job - Carried out with care would certainly

My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. We carry out all work with a small team, I will be your single point of contact. My customers appreciate that we work quickly, with a strict ethos of timekeeping allowing projects to be delivered on time without disrupting your schedule. 10year guarantees are included as standard on all installs of UPVC.
