Rich and his team at Universal have been working with us to completely replace all the electrics and old wiring. Our house is an old one and the electrics had been extended over the years following a number of larger extensions from previous owners. Working with Rich has been fantastic and we would highly recommend him as he manages budgets well and communicates progress. He has been able to provide helpful advice so we made the right choices for things like kinetic switches, data cabling, external sensors, two way switches, EV chargers and also helping us to move over to 3 Phase electrics.

Universal Electrical worked with us over an 18 month period during a full house and garden renovation in Bath. Rich, Will and the Toms installed all the electrics, both inside and outside, and their work has been exceptional. They are experienced, knowledgable, capable and lovely people too. Excellent communication and competence helped us feel confident in all their work. I’ve used other decent electricians over the years, but no one else has been as good.

Buying our new house and it hasn't been renovated since the 90s. Works we needed were socket removal, socket input, installation of hob, oven, fridge, under lights, switches, dimmer switches, isolation switches, outdoor plug, outdoor light, electric towel radiator, down lights in 2 rooms etc. They were amazing! Richard and his team provided a high standard level of work, very professional and efficient. Richard was very easy to communicate with and replied in great time! Overall amazing and I will definitely be using Universal Electrical again!
