From the moment he came to view the job, we took to Matt. He is a great guy. We were contacted quickly with a quote & he had clearly listened to what we wanted. Fast forward 4 months & the agreed date for the job & Matt was reliable & professional. He had good attention to detail, worked hard & was very friendly. We would very much recommend this business!!!

From the time they arrived Matt and Keith were very professional in the way they carried out the work. Nothing was too much trouble for them if we required additional adjustments to what they had already completed. They offered advice where needed and were very easy to get along with. They exceeded our expectations in what they did plus it was also good to see the work area was cleaned up each day before they left. We would have no hesitation in in using Universal Building Contracts for any house related projects we may require in the future.

From first contact with to finish we could not fault anything. From advice during the planning, through to the cleaning up at the end, we are so pleased with the project. We would certainly recommend Universal Building Projects Ltd.

10/10 only because I can't give a higher score. Matt was simply excellent. Communications were clear and timely, and he was logical and methodical in thinking through the problems to what might be the root causes, and then verifying and fixing them in the most effective way possible. His work was done quickly and to a very high standard. Costs were well contained, but he was clear where more money needed to to spent to obtain the right result. Overall, he's a rare animal - a trustworthy builder with 20-odd years of experience across the industry. A lovely chap too. Very highly recommended.

We were a bit worried about having our first work done on our house so didn’t know where to start with builders. They were very professional, friendly and tidy and kept us up to speed with what was going on. Prices were thousands of pounds more reasonable than others we had been quoted also. Will absolutely be booking them in for work in the future

Incredibly pleased with the work Matt and Brandon have carried out. In time , polite tidy and the quality of the work is amazing! So happy I chose them to complete the work. It looks stunning.
