I have had the best experience with Ronny and Mohammed- resolving thoroughly my mouse problem which was causing me anxiety as food and even my carpets were being chewed. They were professional, getting the job done, respecting my home, and acting with kindness- explaining everything they were doing.
They found the entrance points and advised how to prevent rodent entry (air bricks ), sealing around pipes.
The poison/ traps treatment was effective and I feel reassured that they have got to the root of the problem. I know that I can contact them for advice - the service is exceptional.

Muhammed was very professional and friendly when we were getting our house treated for bed bugs, he was on time for appointments and explained everything along the way. Overall a very good experience from start to finish!
