    Excellent service and attention to detail

    I had a really great experience hiring United Pest Control. They are courteous, punctual, and, more importantly, extremely knowledgeable in their field. The team were extremely thorough and able to identify the problem areas at our property during the first visit- they also came for a second visit to inspect the areas, remove dead pests and plug any remaining gaps, as well as provide tips for the future. I would not hesitate to hire the team again in the future.

    Effective pest control

    Had an unexpected problem with a rat hiding in the house. got a call from Mohammed in the morning and he came by noon. he inspected the property and gave some good advice around prevention. set up some traps in the suspected areas and by chance that evening we spotted the rat active in the bathroom but never got caught (trap didn't work). Mohammed called to gave some advice how to deal with it and came over the morning with more gadgets which later that day caught and got rid of it! Communication and advice were brilliant. Glad we resolved it so quickly.

    Mohammad is simply the best!

    He was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring from start to finish. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only an expert at what they do but also takes the time to make you feel at ease throughout the process. He handled everything with such care and made a stressful situation feel manageable. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!

    Cancelled After Poor Communication and Delay

    I booked an initial pest control visit. They first said they’d come at 4pm, then called to reschedule for 6pm. By 6:15, no one had arrived and I hadn’t had any updates, so I cancelled. They messaged later to say they were still 40 minutes away. I decided not to go ahead due to the delay and poor communication. No work was done and no payment was made.

    We where stuck in traffic, We have informed the customer. I was on my way to the address he had cancelled the appointment. I have lost the schedule.
