Over Christmas United Electrical attended my property after we lost all power. Jon & Carl located and found the damaged cable causing the loss of power. Helped us out of a great big hole by attending at such short notice.

I spoke with Jon before going ahead and found him to be polite and professional. We met on site and he was on time. Due to the poor condition of the electrics they had to revisit a number of times and on each occasion they were prompt and very professional. I look after the barn on behalf of the owner and I was very pleased with the service I received and will use them again. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jon provided a clear, itemised quote which was very competitive for upgrading my 1968 fuse box and adding surge protection and residual current device as well as upgrading bonding and earthing. Having used him and his colleague before to install a light in my loft, there was no doubt I was going to use them again for this further and bigger job. They are respectful of one's space and competent. I have successfully recommended UTD to others, too. Don't hesitate!

Jon (United Electrical) came to swap old fluorescent lights in kitchen to LEDs. He and his workmate did a great job and transformed the kitchen lighting. They got on with the job quickly and efficiently. Jon had also previously removed an obsolete alarm system. He was easy to contact and kept to arrangements. I would ask him to do future jobs and recommend him.
