Totally fantastic service from start to finish by this great little business team. Brian was our sales representative, priced up a couple of options for us and left us to make a decision - no hard sell (Not required, because the product, price & service do that for him). We placed our order the next day & sorted out the paperwork. (No deposit required) Claire in the office arranged the survey & installation and kept us informed, even offered an earlier date when a slot became available. Excellent service from first enquiry to completion. All Staff very friendly and professional. Window fitters arrived on time, worked extremely hard and effectively. Reliable communications from the Office. We needed extra building work to ensure the window fittings went smoothly and a plasterer to repoint the wall. Both were organised professionally, to suit my working arrangements and both tradesmen were personable and did fantastic jobs.
