He turned up and gave a quote. Booked a date in and didn’t do the date as he said I didn’t re confirm. (I didn’t know I had to I confirmed the price and date) He took a bigger job on basically. He came back out to re quote after Christmas to set a date for 6th Feb again ignored me and didn’t turn up again. Has continue to ignore me and not respond. His quotes doubled aswell half way through and didn’t add up with what he quoted previously. he also wouldn’t put a quotes in writing. Weird. Wouldn’t recommend.

Unique Properties were a brilliant building team. Patient, reliable and very communicative from quotation to completion. The team were very friendly and i felt very comfortable with them working in my home. They were very knowledgeable and experienced, listened to what i wanted and made appropriate suggestions for what would fit my needs best. The standard of work was high and very responsive to any issues, very focused on customer satisfaction. I would definitely use them again and recommend.

Garth was prompt in viewing and giving reasonable quote for work and was able to begin work quickly also. Was kept upto date with work, left area tidy and I am pleased with outcome. Would certainly use again in the future.

Unique construction were fantastic from the start. They were quick to come out and give us a quote and flexible with a start date. Their communication was exceptional, keeping in touch and always responding to all texts. They were always friendly and respectful. The finish work is fantastic. They were clean and tidy throughout the job. Would use again and would recommend to anyone.
