  We hired for a deep clean, including carpet and oven cleaning. The carpet and oven cleaning was completed well, but we were disappointed with the overall deep clean service. Upon closer inspection after the team had left, several areas advertised on the website as included in a deep clean were not cleaned. There was a subsequent dispute over the work, which was dealt with in an unprofessional way by the company. Ultimately, we felt the service provided did not meet our expectations for a deep clean and did not justify the cost (£65/h). The cost was also higher than quoted (£350 vs £320).

  Firstly what was agreed was a 3 bedroom deep cleaning include carpet cleaning and oven deep clean and the conversation is on check a trade You send me an email asking if I will be needing a help and I reply kind help move items out of the way so me can have space for good service ,but you didn't move any item , I got there and you helped move 2 chair and a table , the other items in the house was moved by myself alone . All items on work top was removed deep cleaned before leaving your house I called you and we had a walk through and you brilliant, Plz provide a picture

  As first he mentioned two people will come to do two different jobs one carpet cleaning and house for 3 hrs. He came alone and work 3.5 hrs and change for two people. When I ask he argues and taken two people money. Not recommend
