Just had our windows replaced. It was a very pleasant experience. Really happy with the new windows and they have made a big difference to the house. The team worked very hard installing the windows, they finished on time, cleaned up after each day and the new windows look lovely. The customer service was great too. From getting Unique around to give an initial quote to window and door installation has been really painless. On the initial visit everything was throughly explained to us and we were kept up to date as time progressed. The installation team were great and did a really good job, very considerate of our home. Couldn't recommend these guys enough, we opted for Unique over the larger companies as they were competitive and honest about work needed without any hidden catches. Highly recommend them.
