Caused severe property damage and left a substandard fit. They left a hole in new kitchen vinyl, and Josh was completely unprofessional about the repair. They returned to fix it 2wks later but left a huge hole in my wall, broke my cooker connection by forcibly pulling it out, tripped the electrics ruining all my fridge and freezer food and leaving me without cooking facilities!!! Josh hid the wall damage in video updates and lied about moving cooker. The new vinyl is already flapping up. I’m facing bills for electrician, plasterer, and cooker repair. They have failed to offer any refund!!!

They were so quick, professional the quality of the under lay made all the difference as I didn’t buy the most expensive carpets but you wouldn’t know. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future!! Great job! Sooo impressed!!

After being let down by another company I contacted Josh. He managed to squeeze us in to get our carpet done so we could move in at the weekend. 5 stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
