The man came very promptly on a Saturday afternoon and proceeded to unblock the drain efficiently. As it was getting dark, he said he would come back at 9am on Sunday morning to finish the job, which he did. He cleaned up the place well and advised me on some work that could be done to prevent the drain blocking again in the future. I will probably engage him to do that work shortly.

The drain unblocking and CCTV survey were both carried out efficiently and were effective in helping us solve the problem.

Chris was very punctual, he headed straight over and was with us within 30 minutes! He did a thorough job of unblocking the drain for our downstairs toilet, something my husband was trying to do with a hose pipe himself for a whole month! Because of the drain set up Chris said he'd have never got to the blockage with a hose pipe, he needed all the kit, which Chris certainly had. Within an hour the drain was unblocked and his invoice was much less than we were expecting to pay. Lesson learned, don't let your partners take the toilet apart for a whole month trying to fix it, just call Chris! :)

Simply the best. Great workmanship. Whole new drainage system put in with garden soakaway. Left the garden and drive in good condition despite all the necessary digging and taking up. Very pleased and would recommend. Chris is delightful.

Chris was great. He called me very quickly explained what he could do and the cost. Lots of other places charged extra for using cctv but he did it as part of his service and price. He unblocked the drain and found an issue which he suggested I contact the water provider to help me with. Would recommend - prompt, on time, trust worthy and did a good job at a reasonable price

Chris was very honest with what he found after investigating the drainage system outside my flat and didn't talk me into having a job done that wasn't necessary . He explained things in simple terms that I could understand and what I paid was less than what Chris originally quoted . His work ethics is a credit to him and I have every confidence and trust in him to carry out any further work that will be required in the future.
