We had a leaking hot water cylinder and arranged for a plumber to remove and replace it. Lewis Cracknell arrived on time and began work immediately. Extra work was needed to connect pipes, ie the job was bigger than we had at first thought. Lewis worked calmly and efficiently throughout. We recommend Lewis wholeheartedly.

Quick quote and came 3 days early

Great company. Really helped us out quickly. Plumbers were knowledgeable, communicative and always asked questions to ensure we were happy with how they were proceeding. ONLY marked down due to a small leak the next day. Nothing major, and fixed with a simple tweak of a nut. Will be using again!

I contacted Uniplumb due to concerns about a water leak causing ceiling stains. The office responded quickly and an appointment was arranged for the following week. The two employees that attended quickly found the problem and then fixed it within 30 minutes. They explained exactly what had happened and why this had resulted in ceiling stains. They also recommended stain block and then paint to cover the stains. All round, it was the usual excellent service. Personally, I have never had a bad experience with Uniplumb having had a new boiler and water tank installed and then serviced.

Prompt response to my plumbing problem relating to a new washing machine. The work was completed with skill and confidence and the result fully satisfactory.
