  Polite, well-mannered and courteous staff (both the owner and the workers), worked conscientiously and efficiently, leaving the work site tidy throughout and upon completion. Good quote and good communications, willing to listen to customer requests and kept informed about issues arising during the job, with explanations and recommendations. Work completed to a high standard in a timely manner.
