  Matt from Unicorn responded quickly and repaired and then serviced our hot tub. He turned up on time, was quick and efficient and very easy to deal with. His bill was fair too. I would thoroughly recommend him.

  An excellent team. Really quick to respond to my enquiry and tried their best to resolve the problem before recommending a new part for my hot tub. Installed this within 10 days and everything sorted! Communication throughout was prompt and professional. Definitely recommended.

  Excellent service for hot tub faults

  Matt responded to an urgent request for help with a hot tub leak and rapidly diagnosed the problem, isolated the fault so we could carry on using the tub and provided a full resolution with just a couple of days as soon as the parts were available. He explained everything throughout and overall provided first class service from start to finish at very reasonable pricing compared to the original supplier of the tub.

  Hot tub pump replacement

  I needed the main pump on my hot tub replacing as it had seized after a period of it being ‘winterised’. Matt was prompt in providing a reasonable quotation and, after accepting, was able to complete the task a couple of days later. Very happy with the work he undertook. Matt, will be our go to person for any future hot tub issues we may encounter. Great job, Matt!
