Our new toilet is a little bit more prone to blocking than our old toilet. It is also far harder to fashion a suitable implement to prod down the pipe a bit, if a bucket of water doesn't do the trick. So irritating It was very hot and we were very tired. We probably could have unblocked it, with a lot more effort, but decided it was best to get a pro in, on this occasion. James managed to get out to us quite quickly and everything was promptly resolved with no fuss or mess. James was also very pleasant to deal with. Job location: PO21Whilst working in the area Matt saw that my downpipe had become detached & offered to reattach it for free. I asked if he could give me a quote to clean my windows & facias, & clear the guttering which I felt was very reasonable. He was able to come back the following week to complete the work. He & his team were so friendly & polite, & did an excellent job. they even knocked on the door to give my daughter a Cornetto while having an ice-cream break ☺️.
