Sam contacted me straight away, he made an immediate visit to asses the job, and made an appointment to undertake the work. On every level he was professional, in the way he responded, planned and undertook the work. Sam is a most reliable, able and trustworthy gentleman, who provides a comprehensive and professional service, so much so I will be employing him again in the next few weeks to do further work.
