  Sam contacted me straight away, he made an immediate visit to asses the job, and made an appointment to undertake the work. On every level he was professional, in the way he responded, planned and undertook the work. Sam is a most reliable, able and trustworthy gentleman, who provides a comprehensive and professional service, so much so I will be employing him again in the next few weeks to do further work.   Took pre and post photos to show work completed. On leaving he told me to let me know if any drips continued as he would happily come back to double check work if there were any problems. Very friendly and efficient service.
