Punctuality good. Not all moss was cleaned up properly, i had to clean up afterwards, pamyent was accepted late as i was promised that i would recive his payment details on the day but recieved payment details the next day. Good advice on maintenance of gutter.

Thank you for your feedback, Janet. We carried out the gutter clearing as booked and also completed additional work on the day at no extra charge to help achieve the best result. Before leaving, we confirmed you were happy with the work completed. As discussed, some moss can fall during gutter clearing, which is normal, and we ensured the working areas were tidied. Regarding the invoice, I explained it would be sent once we returned from site and completed admin. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to send it that evening, so it was issued the following day with an apology. We appreciate your comments
