I phoned Matt on a Thursday afternoon and the blocked drain was cleared by mid-morning the following day. Called mid morning with a blocked drain and bubbling manhole cover. Was told they would arrive that afternoon. They arrived early. Were very friendly and professional. We had a blockage in the outside drain, called Matt from Unblockablock and he arranged a visit the next day, he cleared the blockage, and identified the drain was damaged, this was shown to me and we arranged a quote for a replacement. A week later the guys came round a started the job, I was informed of a damage further in the pipes, this was also shown to me on the cctv equipment, so we got the repaired at the same time everything was done with no fuss. Called the night before, quite late in the evening. Arranged a time the following morning and Matt arrived earlier than the time scheduled, had a look using his camera and advised us on what we needed to do in regards to calling Severn Trent as it was an issue further down the drain line and not us directly - absolutely will recommend to a friend if need be! - Drainage surveys we offer a number of different types of surveys from Drainage investigations to see what's causing reoccurring blockages to Home buyers survey to check the condition of the drains prior to the sale being completed a survey we complete a lot of is build over surveys both pre/post to check the condition of the drains before and after building works have been completed over a transferred asset. We also complete vermin investigation to try and locate where those unwanted guess are getting into property. All are reports are completed using wincan software and come complete with recommendations for any damage discovered in survey.
- Emergency Unblocks we offer an emergency call out service to help people with there overflowing manholes to blocked toilets to flooding during heavy down pours .
-Line cleanses using high pressure water jetting we carry out jetting works to drain to remove any build up within system and restore full flow to stop reoccurring blockages happening,
-Drainage repairs we try to fix as many drains as possible using no dig technology where we install a patch repair using matting soaked in resin to seal defected sections to restore flow and save the need for excavations. In case when this is not able to be used we will replace the drainage and install newly laid drainage in both cases once repairs have been carried out we will provide you with a post survey showing you the repair as been carried out correctly.
