The gentleman visit on time and resolved the problem quickly. He gave an advise what to do and what to watch out in future, which was really very helpful and reassuring.

Coldest day of the year and the C/H boiler would not fire up. Contacted Stephen at Umbrella Improvements and they were on site the next morning at 9.00 am. Fault found and new parts fitted and boiler fired up.

The Engineers arrived as arranged and on time, and conducted all of the works as required, in a very polite and professional manner.
