Had Ultraheat service my boiler in mid December. Heating and hot water went off on Saturday 27thg Dec. Rang emergency no - did expect a reply on Sunday. Nothing. Rang office first thing Monday morning, all lines busy, left a message, as it was stated they would return my call. It is now Friday 2nd Jan. I have not heard anything. As they state that they are emergency plumbers I am les than impressed. Needless to say I will not be using them again.

Over Christmas we aim to help everyone that calls us out of hours, but there are days when the office is closed. We try to reply to all messages and texts left for us on the emergency mobile number but we cannot reasonably call back every number that calls without leaving a message. Our call logs note that the customer called the mobile number on Saturday and Sunday 27th/28th December but did not leave a voicemail. Customer states ‘all lines were busy’ in the office on 29/12/2025 but the office was closed. Our voicemail states our intention to reply on our return to work 05/01/26. To be left a review like this and an official complaint about our service was surprising. The customer did not leave a voicemail or send a message to the mobile but instead left it on our closed office line which clearly stated that the office was closed and call backs would happen on our return to work. We hope that potential customers reading this review are not put off, at Ultraheat we take great pride in the service we offer our customers as proven by our fantastic track record and hundreds of positive reviews.
