  Rocky visited the property twice to establish the cause of a roof leak and sent us drone footage. At each stage of the work he sent before and after photos and on several occasions telephoned to discuss what was needed. Polite, helpful and carried out the work promptly. All very satisfactory.

  Ultrafix Property Maintenance responded very promptly to my initial inquiry and identified a number of problems very efficiently. Extensive repair work was required and this was carried out very efficiently.

  Joey & his team are good guys great business acumen kept me updated at all times so I had a great understanding of everything also very clean and tidy done everything as you would expect from a 5* business would highly recommend.
