I am a repeat customer of Ultra Bathrooms. They have not done all 3 bathrooms for me. Below was my experience:
1. Quote process was meticulous and smooth
2. Dates for carrying out work were explicitly agreed
3. Communication was clear before starting work to ensure there is no surprise
4. Professionally laid down the coverings to protect the carpet while the work was carried out
5. Very neatly done. No mess at all
6. Neat job carried out and in time as per commitment.
7. After service was excellent. I had a problem with one of the shower doors and they looked at it promptly

Amazing bathroom and shower room fitted.

All work carried out to an extremely high standard. EJ designed and gave guidance following my brief. EJ project managed the whole job. I am extremely pleased with the finished results. Two bathrooms finished within 3 weeks. Care was taken to protect my home from dust and disturbance and they always cleaned daily.
