EJ and team converted a bedroom into a new bathroom. It was a fairly complex project to fit a new set of piping and fix floor levelling issues before the actual installation. EJ and team were highly professional and did a great job. In particular the scope of work and any updates were always clearly set out in the contract. The project was completed on time and on budget.

EJ was our point of contact and from the first visit it was clear how passionate he was, as well as committed to completing the job to the highest standard. He walked us through the whole process, communicated extremely clearly, and responded to all queries almost immediately. He created 3d renders for us and altered them 3-4 times with no complaint. Artan did the entire fit. he worked from 8am to 5pm each day, solidly. The quality of his work was to the highest standard. They completed the job on time and on budget, with the quote they provided being very competitive. We strongly reccomend.

Ultra Bathrooms were excellent from start to finish. Even before we agreed the work, they proactively contacted suppliers to confirm exactly which plumbing supplies and accessories were included in the order, helping avoid any surprises. I was kept informed about what to order and when to ensure everything arrived on time. The quote was clear, detailed, and transparent, with any extras agreed upfront. They fully renovated my en-suite bathroom with great workmanship and attention to detail. Professional, reliable, and highly recommended.

The job ran Apr–Jun25 and was so problematic that we considered cancelling the contract halfway through. A chipped £700 shower tray was “repaired” with grout and sanded down causing further damage. Ultra only agreed to replace the tray months later. EJ stopped attending site, communicated only via WhatsApp, and has left snags unresolved. Selected for strong Checkatrade reviews and a reassuring sales pitch from EJ didn’t match the reality, the after sales conduct was unprofessional, dismissive, and far below the standard promised. The overall experience was stressful and deeply disappointing.

EJ and his team were friendly, efficient and professional at all times. From the start, communication was clear and they explained the whole process and took the stress out of everything. Costing was transparent and they helped to source all the necessary items. On the job they worked quickly and neatly, always tidying up after themselves and reporting progress at the end of each day. The quality of the work was excellent, and when they encountered difficulties they were able to provide solutions that were resolved quickly. I am very happy with the end result and would highly recommend them!

EJ performed the initial assessment, and ultimately it was his experience that made me choose to go with ultra over the other fitters. The price was fair, and he identified numerous potential issues, as well as solutions well in advance. He was friendly and flexible, working with me to achieve the best bathroom whilst keeping everything feasible. The filters themselves were great, and when we encountered an issue with uneven joists it was resolved quickly with minimal impact to the completion date. Have already recommended Ultra to a neighbour ☺️
