Got in contact with Lloyd who found a time that suited me to come and measure and give me an estimate for the job. Given a fair price and hassle free exchange fitted me in sooner than expected due to a cancellation. No pushy sales techniques , personable staff working with customers and around our needs professionally as we have recently just had a baby. Windows fitted quickly and neatly and all debris from the old windows taken away to save us the time and trouble. Couldn’t recommend them more!

The workmen where so professional did an excellent job, I love the final work. Would recommend Ultimate to all my family and friends, delivered , fitted and cleared all rubbish in two days. 9 windows and 2 new doors. A big thank you everyone at Ultimate.

Overall a very good experience with Ultimate windows .Everything went smoothly and good communication with Dan and Jamie . Love the two new windows .The fitters were great , fast and efficient. I was sent a technician promptly when one of the handles was a bit stiff and the problem solved . Definitely recommend them and I’ll be in touch when I need my next two windows replaced 😀

After spending some time looking for the right door to enhance the look and thermal efficency of our home we contacted Ultimate Windows North. They listened to what we wanted and provided several quotes which we were happy with, we made a few amendments along the way which they were happy to accommodate. Once the order was placed we were kept updated with delivery and installation dates, we knew exactly when to expect our door to be installed. The guys arrived and fit the door and left the area spotless. We are so pleased with the quality and it has made a massive difference to our home.
