Brilliant all round experience. Without hesitation I would thoroughly recommend Ultimate UPVC Repairs LTD. From my first contact with their office to the prompt professional and friendly service Martin and his team were brilliant. I had a problem with a large double patio door, the door was misaligned and would not lock. I rang on a Friday afternoon at 4:30pm. Martin came the following morning and carried out the necessary repairs promptly and effectively at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again in the future, and strongly recommend them.

Martin, the boss attended and examined our patio doors. Track and rollers worn out. Good price agreed and 3 weeks later 2 of his team tuned up on time and did the necessary repairs. Now, we have a fully functional patio door which is used a great deal throughout the year. Very impressed with this company and the attitude of the guys who did the work. Professional and cheerful and concerned about our carpet getting wet; torrential rain. It is always good to find a company that does a great job without ripping you off. Recommended.

Paul and Steve arrived punctually, introduced themselves and were really cheerful and polite throughout the morning. They removed the existing cladding and put it in their van to dispose of and were very efficient and clean in installing the new boards. When completed they tidied up, brushed the drive where they had been working, wiped down the new cladding and even cleaned our window frames where dust and plastic could have landed. I would definitely recommend the company as everyone from office staff and the initial visit to the actual installers were polite and cheerful.
