Louis provided clear pricing ahead of his visit and attended within 1 hour. The lock barrel had gone inside the door due to an issue with retaining bolt. He offered the option of refitting the existing lock or replacing. I chose to replace it and this was done quickly along with full realignment. The cost was reasonable and I was very happy with the service.

He was also very quick to reply to my messages on WhatsApp and kept me informed of his estimated arrival time which was within the expected time he had provided the prior day. I contacted Louis after reading all the positive reviews as I needed 2 old locks replacing on my front door. After sending photos of the locks he gave me a quote which I was happy with. He turned up promptly and fitted both locks with spare keys as requested. I can highly recommend using Ultimate Security, Louis was professional, polite and stuck to his quote (and both locks work!).
