    Patio and Driveway cleaning

    Patrick and his son cleaned and sealed my patio and driveway. Although they arrived early, I was shocked to find a worker had climbed over my 8ft fence and entered the garden without permission to access water. The agreed process included acid treatment, drying, jet washing, sanding and sealing for heavy weeds, but I only saw jet washing with bleach and detergent. No visible acid or glue treatment was carried out as discussed. In hindsight, I feel the work did not match what was promised or the price charged. However, if the work they did stops the weed on the front garden, I will reconsider.

    We did indeed turn up earlier, however we called the client to let them know we had arrived and asked if it was okay to carry on the work which we were told to carry on. Access point to water supply was outside the back so to prelong the process the workman put his hand over the gate to unlock and gain access. This was also discussed earlier in the morning when asked if happy for us to carry on. Correct weed acid and sealer was used and simply we washed off any exes that was left on the surface with a soap based water. I also advised the client that his driveway had no membrane.

    New path and patio

    We are very happy with the work by Patrick and his team to lay a new patio and path in our back garden. It has been carried out to a very good standard. Everyone worked hard to complete. Would highly recommend.
