Frist I was quoted for Tarmac Driveway, then Patrick came, communicated and quoted me simialr price for Block paving and gravel board installation with 10 years gurantee, which he said is backed by insurance gurantee. They finished the work over 3 days, in my absence. At first I wasn't happy with the work completed - Patrick wasn't present to handover at the end due to a family emergency. But he came back to check the work even before I told him and proactively rectified all the shortcomings. I was quite impressed with this attitue and he promised he will come back anytime if there are any issues, under the gurantee certificate provided.
