  Excellent Bathroom Refit – First-Class Workmanship

  Gaz did a fantastic job on my complete bathroom refit, including replacing the floor and installing everything to a very high standard. The finish is excellent and the bathroom looks modern, smart and professionally done. Gaz was reliable, respectful of my home, protected the carpets and kept everything clean and tidy. He went above and beyond throughout the job. First-class workmanship, great service and excellent value for money. I would highly recommend him.

  Good people, quality work

  Good quality work, excellent communication. We have used UKU on a number of occasions, this time it was renovation of a flat. Included kitchen fitting, painting decorating, plumbing and tiling. The owner is very conscientious, a great eye for detail, strives to get everything right. Brought in excellent trades who were all very pleasant to be around. The flat is in a block and the neighbour downstairs commented on how good they were at managing the project with as little disruption as possible. Will definitely use the again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

  Bespoke understairs storage

  A huge thank you for the work that was completed by Gaz this past weekend. The storage that he completed for under our stairs was absolutely perfect and of such good quality. He was polite, reliable and great with communication. I would highly recommend him for this service.

  Happy all round customer!

  UKU did a first class job, at a fair price, on our staircase which was creaking badly and replaced our closed panel with spindles. We were so impressed that we asked if they could also lay Parquet flooring in three rooms, sand the hallway and oil the existing wooden floor. The result was first class. A thorough professional outfit. Gaz, the affable boss, worked tirelessly through the heatwave. I would recommend UKU very highly to anyone looking for a builder. I would not hesitate to use the company again!! That, indeed,says it all

  Construction of garage with apartment above

  Gaz and his team were excellent. Full garage construction. Liaised with building control. Fully fitted kitchen and bathroom. Under floor heating. Zinc roofing. Oak staircase. Etc etc etc. see photos. Exceptional workmanship throughout. By arrangement with Gaz any prospective client is welcome to view.

  New stairway

  Gaz from UKU redid my stairway- handrail, spindles and posts. He was very responsive, explained everything very clearly to me, made helpful suggestions, was extremely patient as I kept texting him with queries and changing my mind! He sent me links to order the materials. His attention to detail is brilliant. He came out on a Saturday in 33 degrees and got the whole thing done. He is very professional, very hardworking and did a fantastic job and all for a very reasonable price. I 100 % recommend him to anyone and will Definetely use him again.
