Joseph was very quick to respond to my job enquiry, called as arranged to book time to view the job, and was able to fit me in asap in between larger jobs he was undertaking. Joseph was very knowledgeable and fully explained the stages of the job to me. Work completed quickly at fair price which was reassuring. 2 weeks later, we went into the loft and noticed that there had been a leak. We asked Joseph to come back out to look at it. He said that this was due to an issue with the felt and this could've been an issue long before the ridge tile replacement. 2 other traders came out to assess, neither commented on the felt issue and said the incorrect installation of ridge membrane was issue and gaps had caused leak.
