Informed I would need equipment PAT tested for a gig rather last minute. James fitted me in at short notice. All good.

James was very efficient and professional and completed the job very quickly. I booked James with short notice and he was very accommodating to fit me in 2 working days later.

I needed an EPC and Floorplans. When I phoned James he gave me all the information I needed in a friendly but professional way. James arrived at the property on time, checked everything he needed to and I had the EPC and really great looking floor plans the next day. I had asked James to include the garden and driveway on the plans but changed my mind when I saw the plans. One quick email to James and he sent me revised floorplans the following day - no problem at all. I would definitely recommend James and will certainly use him again for this type of work if I need it in the future.
