Had an issue with our boiler, Al came round and identified and fixed the connection issue very quickly. Would recommend and will definitely be calling him again for any further work. Polite, friendly, efficient.

Contacted him the night before and he was here the next day, was only a small issue and he fixed it quickly and to a high standard, will be using again.

He wasn’t working and answered the phone and helped me fix an issue with my hot water free of charge and spent 15min on the phone to help me sort it and fix it!

They came to assess the issue with the boiler and identified the problem quickly. They went and sourced a new part and said they’d call about whether it was in stock and the price, which they did within about half an hour. They then came back to replace it. All very quick and professional, thank you!

Al was extremely prompt and polite. No call-out fee shows good faith from a tradesperson, and Al went above and beyond, to complete the refit promptly. He was great at communicating, especially as I’m based outside of the UK. Would highly recommend!
