We had our old septic tank replaced with a modern treatment plant and new drainage field by Sam and his son. It was a big and slightly daunting job, but Sam’s knowledge and professionalism put me at ease straight away. They were punctual, tidy, and clearly very experienced. The job was completed to a high standard and I felt in very safe hands throughout. Sam also kindly helped with an unrelated blocked drain issue, which really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Sam and his team came out and completed significant works on my drains last year and solved a long ongoing problem that nobody else had been able to fix! They just came out to complete the annual check and clean of the drains and were friendly, efficient and helpful as ever. I had a concern about slow drainage based on a low volume of water in one of my toilets. UK Drainage Solutions Ltd responded quickly and organised a next day visit and arrived on time. They quickly gave my external drains a look over and gave it a "Clean" bill of health which helped reassure my concern. They also made the time to provide advice on additional internal drainage questions I had which was really appreciated. Highly rated!

The team at UK Drainage Solutions Ltd are fantastic, they were very responsive from my initial query, coming out quickly. On site they were thorough in their investigations, unfortunately not an instant resolution, but they came up with a long term solution to resolve my drainage issues. They were truly understanding and kind people, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for drainage work.
