Sam came out today at very short notice on Christmas Eve! He unblocked our ladies toilets very quickly and efficiently. He really saved the day for our disco tonight! He explained what the problem was and showed us before and after photos. I would definitely recommend Sam and his lads without hesitation! New Windsor Community Association

Had a blocked drain so we looked on check a trade for someone local to help. Sent a message and got a call within half hour from Sam, the guys came round later that day and cleared the blockage. Paid a fixed cost rather than a per hour charge, but that was fine and they offered to return if the blockage happened again within the next 30 days.

I received a very fast reply to my query (despite it being the evening), and they were able to attend the next morning. Professional, friendly team who explained to me clearly what they were doing and what the problem appeared to be. When they were unable to fix the problem on the day (due to the blockage being beyond my property and therefore no longer a private issue), they gave me advice on what to do next and refused to charge me anything as they could not fix the problem.
