We used UKCPT to tile a bathroom. Sam was responsive with the initial enquiry and transparent with the quote. He was also understanding when we ran out of tiles and it took a couple of weeks to get more delivered. However, we are disappointed with some of the attention to detail as the tiles aren't completely aligned at the edge of one wall and the overall finish could be more polished. For example, they left a raw edge ifntiles rather than using using beading. We also had challenges as one colleague who carried out most of the work didn't speak a lot of English.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a feedback, we are sorry you aren’t fully satisfied with the work completed at the property.
However, when you have pointed out those issues mentioned above, we sent the tilers to address those issues most urgently.
It is also worth mentioning that the walls were plastered poorly and are not levelled, which forced us to use extra materials including adhesive, which we didn’t charge for.
We also didn’t charge for fitting a shower screen or revisiting the property after the delay in supplying materials.
