Do NOT use this company. They are incompetent and dishonest. Instead of repairing one plate on my SMEG induction hob the operative chipped the edge badly and made a substantial crack across the corner. He assured me the company would make it good, but I have heard nothing from them whatsoever. It will cost me £800 to replace the hob.

Came and fixed oven element very quickly and on Sunday. Impressed with service and speed. Did need to double check was coming as close to end of window of time specified.
