Great company, communication and quality of work were amazing :) we burnt our carpet with a heat gun and wanted the burnt part cut out and replaced, we had a carpet repair done which looks so good you cant even tell!

Giovanni has pretty much given us a new carpet! We got our rescue dog in December last year when she was only about 7 months old and she’d never been in a house. You can imagine what happened! Our carpet was very stained; we’d mopped up the mess and tried to get as much out as possible, but the stains remained in the underlay. Giovanni came today and I can’t believe how the carpet looks - it really does look brand new. It didn’t take long for him to clean it, it was almost dry when he left and I’m over the moon with the results. We’ll be in touch in 6 months for another clean! Thanks again.
