Sean was extremely rude and rushed. He did not actually “inspect” the system, other than giving it a glance not actually touching anything. He just said it was operating normally and talked to me like I was an idiot for not being a heating specialist. And charging me 100 pounds to be treated this way.
He was on time technically but called and requested multiple changes to appointment time which was annoying as I have to adjust my work schedule to fit his schedule.
Maybe he is good at his job if I saw him do work, but I would never recommend his services due to his this experience.

The customer (who is with the USAF and recently moved to a new rental home) reported the boiler repeatedly not working correctly. On visiting, our engineer found absolutely no fault with the boiler, just a simple issue of user error.
