    Excellent communication with the office, received the quote very quickly and work commence within days. Excellent workmanship. Operation of new boiler was explained and all tests were carried out to ensure the system was up and running effectively. I’ve had a number of dealings with this company and have no hesitation in recommending them for new installations and or service work.

    Gas Boiler Installation

    Brilliant from start to finish. They were recommended to me by a family member who was also impressed. Was told that my current system had been installed very well and not to change anything other than upgrade to a bigger wattage eco boiler. The system also needed flushing and I wanted thermostats put on most rads. Some of the work done was not as straightforward as first thought but Adam was a star and just cracked on. This company is a seriously impressive business and I will certainly be using them in the future for servicing and any other heating/plumbing work.

    Boiler operation concerns

    Sean was extremely rude and rushed. He did not actually “inspect” the system, other than giving it a glance not actually touching anything. He just said it was operating normally and talked to me like I was an idiot for not being a heating specialist. And charging me 100 pounds to be treated this way. He was on time technically but called and requested multiple changes to appointment time which was annoying as I have to adjust my work schedule to fit his schedule. Maybe he is good at his job if I saw him do work, but I would never recommend his services due to his this experience.

    The customer (who is with the USAF and recently moved to a new rental home) reported the boiler repeatedly not working correctly. On visiting, our engineer found absolutely no fault with the boiler, just a simple issue of user error.

    Supply and fit a wall mounted gas boiler to replace older floor standing boiler

    Uk boiler care provided competitive quotation for the work and supplied and fitted boiler as agreed. Staff were knowledgable and carried out the work in a tidy fashion. Good quality follow up from company to check all was well and a discount on the annual service contract.
