Luke responded to my enquiry within 10 minutes and came the next day. We had planned an afternoon slot but was contacted earlier to say he could fit us in between jobs. He came and tried to diagnose the problem for an hour . He left us with half a circuit and asked us to continue the diagnosis under the floorboards ourselves so he could come back and complete it. After repeated attempts to get him back he said it would incur a second hire out charge, £245 plus parts! but he hadn't even diagnosed the problem. He kept putting off when he was coming. I got another electrician 45 minutes, sorted.

Luke was really quick and efficient. He was very polite and his communication was excellent.

I gave Luke a call at 9:30am and he was with me by 3:30pm. He’s quick, professional and tidy. I’ve used him before and I’ve always been impressed (which is why he’s the first person I call!).
