  End of tenancy cleaning

  They gave me a quote and I agreed. They were running very late. They wanted to reschedule cleaning but were very inflexible in this, offering the only option which didn’t work for me. At the end they decided to come the same day at 5 pm being 3 hours late. When they came they said there was much more work than they anticipated (it was their decision to quote me without looking) and asked £50 more than the ba2 3(original quote. I refused to pay £50 more (I had cheaper quotes from others) and they just left! I had the property cleaned now, no words there was extra work there

  Digging up of lawn and flower beds and laying shingle

  They were very reliable and hard working and completed the job to time and to a very high standard. On completion they tidied up well and didn’t leave me with anything that needed to be disposed of. Being a retired widow on a limited income cost was crucial for me. Their costs were very reasonable compared to other quotes I had for the same work to be done.
