Usman was recommend by Valliant for servicing gas boiler. He was very corteous and professional right from his call to me to end of the service. He provided me a very reasonable quote which surprised me as I was being quoted quite high price for service by other plumbers. My central heating valves were also making noise. On receiving a video Usman confirmed that they will need to be replaced and provided me a very reasonable quote for replacing both the valves.
