Happy landlord and tenants! I messaged Usman in the early hours of a Saturday morning. He responded quickly and slotted my tenants in on Monday morning. He found the fault and replaced the part within the hour. He was very efficient, punctual with his timings and was fair in price. We've been calling Usman for a few years already for servicing the boiler, etc. This time, the boiler was doing some loud noises when firing, almost like explosions. After checking it and noting that it wasn't safe to keep using it, he suggested a cheaper solution, but we have 2 small children so we decided to replace the boiler. Usman fitted a it boiler quickly on the same day, so we could have the hot water and heating back. As always, he's been very courteous and knowledgeable. I recently had the pleasure of taking plumbing service from Usman to change my kitchen tap, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service!
