Tony and his team carried out a rear extension and fitted a kitchen for us. They done all the groundwork, foundations, walls and roof, then sorted the internal and external fixtures - plumbing, electrics, flooring and the kitchen install. The whole process was really smooth. He came round quickly to look at the job and gave us a competitive quote. Communication was good throughout, keeping me informed of progress. Tony and his team were friendly and really considerate on site. I was really happy with the finish and quality of work. Would definitely use again or recommend.

Tony (Tyza) was employed to do structural work on an existing 1 bed flat and convert to a 2 bed flat. The work involved a complete restructure of the layout, stud walls, plastering, refit of kitchen and bathroom and general decoration. Work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard.

We’re so grateful to Tony and team for the incredible work they did on our loft conversion. What was once an underused loft is now a beautiful, functional light-filled space that will help us hugely with our growing family. Communication with Tony and team was great and made what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. Tony and James were professional and easy to have around the house and we were grateful for them for keeping things going (e.g coming early when the weather was hot) and trying to keep things as low stress as possible. Would highly recommend!

we have just had our house all done up from Tony from Tyza development and where do I start? What a fantastic job they’ve done they have done everything to a very high standard no job was a problem. Tony took care of absolutely everything I had no need to worry. We had a new roof new porch, new windows and doors and external insulation and Tony took care of everything I would highly recommend and I will be using them again
