Tom was courteous, kind and enthusiastic. He worked out the best way to get the new tv point from the aerial outside into the living room, negotiating the staircase and the under stairs cupboard. When he drilled the hole through it came out in exactly the place we wanted and he predicted. He made an incredibly tidy job of the installation and left no mess. He is a very nice chap who just got on with the job with no drama and the price was affordable too.
