Very pleased with the new toilet and cistern that Trevor fitted for us. He helped us with choosing and ordering what we needed, and then completed the work on time and as agreed. Thoroughly professional and reliable.

Trevor came to install a new sink and tap. The sink installation went well and we are happy with it. However, the tap installed is unstable and moves around with the slightest touch. We called him back to take a look and he walked in took a very quick look and said 'it's the tap not me' and then walked straight out. It was unprofessional, rude and defensive and no solution was provided to fixing the tap he fitted. We had already paid. This was unsettling and we would not recommend, it's how people respond when things go wrong that define character. Will look elsewhere for our en suite.

Had a toilet replaced today, very efficient and very good price for work done. Would highly recommend and definitely use again

Trevor, was on time, very polite and friendly. Got on with the job and resolved the problem.
