Trevor was absolutely brilliant! fantastic communication and was able to fit us in to come and repair our bathroom pipes which were a bit of a shambles and had slowly caused horrendous mould and damp from the bathroom into our kitchen below, he was excellent, he knew what he was doing and got on with it expertly even when faced with baby gates, a barking dog and a busy almost two year old. he explained what had gone wrong what he was doing, and gave us choice in further fixtures and style of sink plug. he was really friendly and respectful.
